How to replace radiator hose (heater hose?)?

So I'm quite certain there is a leak in one of the hoses in my car's cooling system. I think I've pinpointed it to one particular hose, but it's smaller and runs along the bottom of the radiator (sort of). Is this a heater hose? Also, I can't easily find

I'll say yes.
A simple water hose can be a nightmare if you do not have the right tools and the experience. It can be easy to replace but sometimes you have components in the way that require more tools and time to remove to get to the hose.
