I've got a 2001 Honda Accord with a V6 engine that holds about 4.6 quarts of engine oil. So I drained out the old oil through the drain bolt & replaced the oil filter, then I accidentally overfilled to 9 quarts total of engine oil(twice the recommended
no problems......u did the correct thing ..same as any tech would have done.....no damage now or later
