what should i buy first? under pulley kit or bigger plenum or bigger throttle body?

2002 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L V8 2V 5 Speed . Already have full exaust done from BBK headers BBK Xpipe whith high flow cats and flow master cat back sistem. Also BBK cold air intake.

the biger throttle body all this stuff makes the value go way downe
