hi all, can anyone tell me the legal situation regarding rear seat belts?
i have a 1985 Porsche 924s, which has a small "jump" seat in the back, no seatbelts fitted as standard!
do i have to retrofit a set to allow my 7 year old
No, due to the age of the car, rear seat belts are not a requirement.
They weren't fitted to you car and the law says they must be worn IF AVAILABLE.
